Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales objectives and weekly sales quotas
• Identify prospective customers and generate leads via cold-calling (via phone and in person), networking, referrals, etc
• Prepare proposals and quotes
• Maintain an active sales funnel (prospecting, cold calls, appointments), build relationships with prospects, and close deals (service agreements)
• Develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
• Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, and track work as specified by manager
• Promote company-endorsed programs and services
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in related field or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent preferred
• Well-developed negotiation, project, and account management skills
• Working knowledge of industry product information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem resolution and consultative sales skills
• Capability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees

Responsibilities

• Working in a team environment, selects appropriate techniques to solve challenging problems. Modifies or improves existing solutions by analyzing known procedures and applying novel techniques to determine appropriate actions
• Full Stack Developer, primarily in one or both of the following groups: BE Developer or FE Developer
• Language Proficiencies, primarily in one or all of the following groups: HTML, JavaScript, XSLT, CSS; Java (JavaEE, Jboss), .NET / C#, PHP, Python, C; working with MySQL databases
• Java developer for designing, implementing, and testing new backend components for the Base platform. This includes application development, database integration, security enhancements, and architecture optimization
• Participate in weekly development planning meetings
• Collaborates with fellow developers in group meetings on new projects / requirements. Gathers any further requirements for business solutions, and implements new features for stakeholders as well as following up with UAT
• Build and maintain a knowledge base for easy reference in future
• Design and develop projects that interface between the Base platform and third-party endpoints for a complete solution, such as EMV integration. Reaching out to and learning from third-party materials and support contacts
• Point of contact for production support and monitoring, when the usual production support is unavailable. This includes responding to any production alerts, implementing urgent hot-fixes in production, and resolving internal and customer support requests
• Continually researching in the programming knowledge domain to utilize optimal techniques and tools for development, and communally learning from and teaching fellow team members on said techniques (mainly Java / SQL)
• Writing technical documentation providing step by step tutorials to capture new portal features
• Conduct layout adjustments based on marketing designs or user feedback
• Work with digital assets, such as interface design files, by maintaining and extracting design elements using software including but not limited to, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Come up with UI and UX code and design strategies based on project target goals
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
